By enrolling in any course or using any service provided by Disha Courses — including AI Courses, Data Analytics Courses, Fundamental Courses and Exam Coaching — you confirm you have read, understood and agreed to these T&C.
2. User Registration and Accounts
- Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.
- Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Course Enrollment and Access
- License: Upon enrollment, we grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course content for personal, non-commercial, educational use.
- Age Restriction: Services are intended for users 18 years or older. Minors may use the services only with parent or guardian involvement.
- Duration: Course access duration is specified at the time of purchase.
- Certification: Certificates are awarded on successful completion of course requirements.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:

No Guarantee: We equip learners with practical skills but do not guarantee employment, placement or a specific level of career success. Service Availability: We strive for continuous availability but the service may be interrupted for maintenance or factors beyond our control.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
This policy outlines the conditions for course enrollment cancellation and the refund process at Disha Courses.
1. Refund Eligibility
- Online Self-Paced Courses (e.g. Data Analytics, Excel Mastery):
- Full Refund: If cancellation is requested within 7 days of purchase.
- No Refund: After 7 days from purchase, or if 10% or more of the content has been accessed.
- Live / Cohort-Based Courses (e.g. Exam Coaching, Live Workshops):
- Full Refund: If cancellation is requested 7+ days before the scheduled session.
- 50% Refund: Considered if cancellation is within 3 days of the scheduled session start.
2. How to Request a Refund
Submit cancellation requests via email to dishacourse@gmail.com stating the Learner's Full Name, Course Name and Date of Purchase.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 7 working days from the date of approval.

Disha Courses ("we", "our", "us") operates dishacourse.com and provides online courses, webinars and digital learning materials. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, protect and share your information.
